A couple of weeks ago I attended a blogger event hosted at IKEA Atlanta, we had the opportunity to tour the store, enjoy tasty food, learn about the inner workings of the brand, and check out the brand new catalogue. I am a fan of all things pretty and chic. IKEA is definitely pretty and they have pretty chic items that fits every price point and budget.
I got my hands on the catalogue and now I have visions of interior decoration grandeur. If you like to get your shop on consider checking out IKEA’s new catalogue if you download it today you will get a coupon for a free entrée at the IKEA Restaurant. Can you say winning?
What I was most impressed with IKEA was their attention to detail. We strolled around the spacious shopping center I learned the following about IKEA and thought you would find them pretty cool too! These are the highlights of my time at IKEA:
1. IKEA is Pretty Charitable:
IKEA Atlanta is a sponsor of Wellspring Living an organization that serves as a restoration program for teenage girls who are victims of Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking. They offer housing, therapy, and security to young girls, while giving them hope and a fresh start. Sex Trafficking is a huge issue world-wide and IKEA is using its huge platform to help Wellspring Living offer life skills, therapy, education, and instill confidence in these young ladies. It’s refreshing to see that IKEA is not just a pretty chic company but a pretty charitable one! In addition to IKEA’s works with Wellspring Living they have partnered with over 30 other organizations around the world, as part of their IKEA Foundation.
2. According to IKEA “The Day Starts and End in the Bathroom & Bedroom!”
Where the everyday begins and ends. This year’s catalog is full of ideas for making the most of your bedroom and bathroom. Because that’s where we begin and end every day. And if everyone can make the everyday begin and end in a nicer way, just imagine the effect on life!
IKEA’s IKEAcataLOVE is all about focusing those energies on those important spaces. I loved checking out the wonderful comfy mattresses on site that were fit every pretty girl’s budget. They have a variety of mattresses that include extra soft to quite firm.
I instantly fell in love with this prettiful Pink & Green Bathroom chicly styled in the 2015 Catalogue.
