My favorite food of all times is FRIED CHICKEN. When I think of happy food friend chicken, collard greens, mac and cheese, and a slice of cornbread comes to mind. I discovered a couple of years ago that my fitness inspiration Laila Ali has an amazing OVEN fried chicken recipe that gives the fried bird a run for its money. This recipe is so GOOD! I prepare it a lot when I am trying to watch my diet. If you don’t tell people they will never know it’s baked in the oven.
